i called discovery life this morning to follow up on a cancellation letter that i have sent on behalf of my client.
i spoke to the call centre agent Tyrone - he was no help to me requested to speak to the manager spoke to
marcus frances he was really rude & had a disgusting attitude no ethics no managerial skills including no telephonic skills what so ever!!! he was so persistant had a thing about himself I AM THE MANAGER AND YOU CANT TELL ME WHAT TO DO!!! like really??? get over yourself if its not us the people calling you, you would not be earning a salary!!! he should not even be taken calls as his pathecic in what he does needs to be decipline asap. ref no - 295865890
