My Girlfriend, card number 1039406414, went to cancel her Virgin Active account after Discovery Vitality hiked her fees with no warning. This was 10 days ago she was told she would have to pay a cancellation fee, which I am sure is contrary to the CPA.
Further she has yet to receive any confirmation from Virgin that the cancellation has in fact been done. How useless are these people? Either they have hundreds of people cancelling every day and can not cope or the just don't care! Either way it is extremely disappointing
