Poor service and empty promises

I am a member of Discovery Vitality and was a member of Virgin Active in Claremont until end of July 2011. this contract was cancelled due to me missing 1 or 2 visits that was not recorded by the virgin active staff that changes people on a monthly basis. now due to their incompetent staff i loose a Gym membership that i paid for and have refused to assist me in fixing the issue til to date. i even had gotten the Branch Manager at Virgin Active to provide me with a letter that Discovery wanted to prove that they staff made an error and would fix it. after months of fighting for this the new Branch Manager advised me the letter promised to me will not be given to me as the letter was not allowed.So proof now was not given to me and now Discovery Vitality will not assist in fixing this issue. i even emailed Adrian Gore and CEO of Vitality Gidion.a fake representitive called me back advising me he is speaking of behalf of them when in fact i know he is just a consultant with no title and the top management refuse to assist in fixing this issue fro now almost going for 2years, this is the service provided from a well and profitable company that misleads their members and offer no help
