I have no idea what systems are in place there at Virgin Active, but I really do not appreciate getting calls from your employees that have taken an interest in me on Facebook and use the Virgin active database to source my number.
This is extremely intrusive, disgusting and scary to be honest, because if they can get my number, how safe is any other info I give Virgin Active?
The calls from gym staff, trying to get me to join again are one thing, but people calling in their personal capacity (abusing work resources) I DO NOT APPRECIATE.
Please work on some sort of security system that protects members and ex-members details, because I'd hate to imagine the number of people this happens to.
