Still no response

I had a previous complaint about the swimming pool, lanes available etc and dealt with Tracy-Lee whom gave a temporary solution. Time of the temporary solution is now almost done and have mailed her twice regarding a more permanent solution and received no reply. Hopefully this will get a reply.
