Hyundai South Africa
Waiting 7 weeks and counting for car licence

I bought a Hyundai I10 on 17-09-2013. When collecting my car I had no temporary licence and was told that a request has been sent but the license dept is on a back log of 1 week. I received my Temporary licence on 27-09. On 11-10 I was inform that the licence department doesn't accept my proof of address and needed one from the bank. On 14-10 I've sent a mail to Martin reminding him that my Temporary licence is expiring in 2 days and I need my permanent license. His response was that he will have to give me a temporary licence as the licence offices is on strike. After receiving no feedback I mailed Martin on 21-10 to inquire about my "second" Temporary licence, he responded and said it has been sent he will see what he receives in the afternoon. On 29-10 after receiving no feedback from Martin, I called the Manager Schalk van Vuuren, an hour later Martin showed up at my work to sign new forms to apply for the permanent licence I went to Hyundai on 29October where I received my temporary licence, when I got home I realized that the temporary licence is for a Daihatsu that was permitted on 15-10. I just want this sorted as I have been waiting 7 weeks and still no licence!!
