Paying almost R500 a month with no accesss to pool

I am payng almost R500 a month for the use of ALL the equipment at Virgin Active.

Yet everyday, between 16:00 and - 18:00, the time in which I gym, I have NO access to the pool, because basically all the swimming lanes are occupied by children who are getting swimming lessons!!

Today, out of the 7 lanes, only 2 lanes did not have children in them.

I am paying to be able to use the swimming pool - Why are people allowed to teach swimming lessons, AND occupy almost the ENTIRE pool during peak hours???

This is totally unacceptable!! For R500 a month I expect access to the swimming pool.

I am paying you that R500, but you are not living up to your end by allowing the swimming pool to be transformed into a children's playground during peak hours.

What are you going to do about this issue??

There are 2 options: Either you stop the swimming lessons during peak hours to allow everybody a chance to use the pool, or I demand that I then pay less for my monthly subscription as you do not provide me with what I am paying for.
