External Swimming Coaching

Good day
I would just like to know what Virgin Active's policy is with regards to the external swimming coaching that takes place in the gym's pool.
At Parkview the external swimming coaching used to take up three lanes (so there were still three left for Virgin Active Club members) and coaching used to take place during the week only.
I have recently noticed that the external people now use four lanes (leaving only two for Virgin Active Club members - forcing them to share lanes) and they were there yesterday (on a Saturday) as well.
I think this is unfair towards the fee-paying Virgin Active Club members.
I do not want a phone call, I would just appreciate it if you could explain that policy to me here, or send me an email.
