ACCOUNT Issues STILL not resolved!

I am appalled to discover that my account issues that were supposed to be resolved 6 months ago have STILL NOT BEEN RESOLVED! I joined the gym in August 2012 on the Prepaid contract with the remaining amount to be paid over the next 12 months. This worked out to R240.76 per month. My banking details were not entered into the systems and I was thus denied access to the gym for months. Every month I had to call in and attempt to get someone to correct this issue. I resorted to Hello Peter to get a response. After months this issue was addressed within a week and my account credited with R1000 odd (that I refused to pay). APPARENTLY Not! It is now over a year since I have joined and every time I want to go to gym I must deal with this issue. Not to mention that I should no longer be paying any fees! (as of August 2013). I have never had issues with my bank account or payments.

I no longer want it fixed. I want to know how Planet Fitness is going to reimburse me the money I have paid upfront and cancel my contract so that I can change gyms because this is no longer acceptable and I refuse to give Planet Fitness anymore business.
