This morning 19/10/2013 the club was quite full due to the Cresta overflow, but the attitude of the VP personal trainers to just about any non-client was disgusting. A female trainer and her female client were shoved about by a male client of a male trainer whilst exercising without apology or acknowledgement. This happened on numerous occasions and eventually led to an emotional outcome for the ladies. No intervention by any fitness crew or manager happened and this was plainly nothing more than a case of VP staff and clients bullying Cresta members.
As trainers of the same company, never mind decent human beings, one would imagine there would be a set standard of conduct across the board when a few months of reciprocation is made available to any club's members, be it Cresta, VP, Constantia or even Alice Lane.
The sheer lack of intervention and rubbish attitude has left much to be desired as a member of Virgin Active and the group should frankly be embarrassed to be associated with male trainers who bully women, even more so whilst brazenly in public view.
