I phoned discovery to find out how many times we still need to check in to qualify for our Discovery discount and was told another 13 times. I then asked how many times Virgin active logged that we checked in, and was told 3 times. This is a LIE. We have checked in a minimum of 8 times up to the 12th. This is unacceptable!!! I have been having so much problems with Virgin active over the last few months. This has to be sorted out because we are now being punished for their system.
