I've been trying to obtain the black bag. I know its for promotional purposes but I've even requested to buy the bag. Virgin active is not budging, all I was told was unfortunately they do not sell their products, its for promotional purposes only. I'm an active member, attend the gym at least and I've switched gyms because I love the brand. what cant we purchase virgin active products? I'm if the bags were made available thousands of virgin active member would be willing to purchase the bag as it will be a good brand extension for the brand.
I'm very disappointed that customer needs is not key, I guess the gym is not willing to go an extra mile for their customers. I've asked the gym manager and even called the head office and all I've been told was no the bags are for promotional purposes and they are not going to be sold, case closed.
