Unable to debit my card for fees

I've been a member of your gym for 3 months now and only once has the membership been taken off my car. Both my bank and the gym are telling me that the other party is responsible for the issue.

I refuse to go onto a debit order as I prefer to have control over exactly how much comes off. If an extra zero is slipped onto the end will I get the money back? Nope!

Also, please stop contacting me! I don't like being harassed by your call centres! I consider it harassment being called every five minutes to check if everything is ok and then being e-mailed two seconds later if I don't answe
