I'm seriously having a problem now with virgin active last time is was debit order date went wrong now its promise never kept. So I called and e-mailed the person who assisted the time I had the first issue but hasn't called nor e-mail me back so really is this the treatment I will be getting. Please assist. Why did you debit full fees when I'm supposed to have my membership. Frozen for 3 months
