In 2010, I complained about a member sexually harassing me in the gym while training. Management ignored it. Then I received life threatening e-mails from the member and the management ignored it. The sales manager told me that this member was privately training his friends' daughter and she also complained. The member waited for me at my car, followed me to the shops, even came to my church. (He got that information on fb). I complained again and cancelled my membership. I completed a form on internet, going to head office. No reply. No reaction. Then I stopped going to gym February 2011 and went to Virgin Active. My son was daignosed with cancer and I TOOK the report from the oncologist, together with the e-mails from the member who sexually harassed me, to GERHARD MARAIS, e-mailed it to CHRISTA at SAYA Recoveries, and head office NATASHA ARENDSE. MBD and SAYA consultants still call us, still sending sms'es, shouting at us, threatening us! I REFUSE to pay PLANET FITNESS 1c! After three months at Virgin Active, the member started to train there. I complained and again the manager ignored me. I do not go to gym anymore. I want my son's name as well as mine, removed from ITC.
