I have not had a contract with Planet Fitness for over three years, The membership was cancelled and I have send many complaints to them as to cancelling the membership., I had to eventually cancel the debit order. now after three years they debited by account again. Trying to contact their head office and lodging a complaint on the website has not worked. they just ignore you. the phone just rings off the hook. Their service! They revert to acts to try and get money out of me., as I have not been a member of their club for over three years.
