This is not the frst time this has happened to me. Somehow planet fitness changes my account number without my consent. The effect is that a few months of not visiting the gym when coming back I can not access the facility. If they have changed it I just refuse to pay it because it is not my fault. I am also not aware that it did not go off since i do not receive sms from my banking institution for transactions below R100, this is R99 per month. Now after 5 months they want to keep me liable for the arrears, the money is not a problem however I fail to see why this should be my problem, who gave them any right to change my account and who changed it??? Actually a scary thought that they can just do stuff like that. I have spoken to the assistant club manager, cant remember her name but she had a bad attitude. After many many failed attempts to speak to someone at head office (their excuse was problems with phone lines) I eventually got through and spoke to Bashier Abrahams that said he will look into it. He came back to me and said I must pay arrears although he admitted it was their mistake?!?! I then spoke to someone else - Ofentse Luramu that also failed to help!
