Eing a newbie to the gym, i was nervous and had absolutely no idea what to do. as you can imagine the gym can be an intimidating place with everyone seemingly in great shape and knowing how everything works. after signing up i was introduced to a fitness instructor named jonny. jonny showed me around and invited me to have a gym session the next day under his supervision. when i got there he helped me by showing me how the machinery works and recommending the workouts relevant to my fitness goals - this inbetween him helping other people as well and completing some of his other work. jonny has made my virgin active experience easy and the company needs more people like him. please pass this compliment onto him
