Staff failed to take correct information

3 years ago my husband and I were crooked into taking a 3 year contract instead of a 1 year contract like we asked for, when we complained to the manager at the time Erna all she said was that the contract was signed but could only offer us that we do not pay the levy fee every year end and gave us 2 planet fitness bags. We continued paying the bill but ran into arrears because we could not afford it. I have made arrangements to pay R100 a month till I find a job. I am already in arrears and sent a letter in June last year to cancel this contract but I have still been billed to date! I cannot afford to pay the existing 3 year contract and now I must still pay for 7-8 extra months, for staff that failed to do there job properly! I REFUSE TO PAY FOR THE EXTRA MONTHS! Can somebody that knows what they doing please call me and sort this out asap! I also requested that we have not used the gym for 3 years, seeing that we are paying for it and have paid for it already, if we could use those days to come to the gym, but no one has come back to us as yet. My husband is still waiting for a refund for 6 months because again staff failed to cancel the account when requested. Unexceptable service
