From the the beginning of my 3 year contract with Planet fitness, there have been issues revolving around money. For the first few months they couldn't debit my Nedbank account, how hard can that be, so I had to go pay them cash every month and then they still charged me fees for being in arrears. Well that carried on for a while.
Now In The last month of my contract I get an SMS to say that PF has debited R 735.86 and then again another R 367.93
Their excuse this time is that they had a system migration and they never took my fees for June and July (not my ing problem) needless to say there was no notification of this nor warning of having more than R 1100 taking in August.
Their response to date is "sorry, we take responsibility but can't do anything about it"... What a load of
From me, bottom line is don't choose Planet Fitness
