On the 21/11/2012, I visited the Centurion Gate club in order to move my account from Bedfordview. I completed the necessary forms and paid the ADMIN FEE for the moving of the membership. The ADMIN FEE is R395.00.
It's now the 28/01/2013 and have yet to have confirmation from the club regarding my membership. I called roughly the 7th Jan as I wanted to resume training and was told I'd receive a call back, which obviously never materialised.
This morning I call the club and request the manager, who wasn't available, so I asked to speak to the second in charge, at which point I was put through to JP du Plessis, who said he would resolve the matter urgently, after having their staff call me back to confirm my details, I was told that nothing had been done and they couldn't find the form I completed. They then e-mailed me a transfer form of sorts, which was actually a staff member inter branch transfer form.
However, they were over eager to take my R400 without providing any service, I have also not trained for 3 months which I no doubt will have to pay for.
As far as I am concerned, you promote a healthy lifestyle and offer a service that increases stress levels.
