Planet Fitness - No Service Delivery

About 2 months ago, my husband & I went to Planet Fitness in Rivonia to change his contract into my name, as my husband was diagnosed with a heart condition & can no longer train. Initially, we were told it was a quick process, & given 1 form to fill in. We paid the ludicrous transfer fee of R800. Upon leaving, a lady ran to us & said there were more forms to fill in. We then went to an office and were given an application form to fill in, as if I was opening a contract from scratch. Then we were told that the gym would call me the next day to say that the transfer was complete & I could come pick up my membership tag & also schedule a free session with a personal trainer. I never received a call. A week later, I called myself. Nobody knew what was going on. The contract was still in my husband's name. The guy I dealt with said he would query this with one of the sales guys and call me back. Of course I didnt get a call back. The following week, my husband went in to the gym & asked what was going on. He was told that it was the admin departments fault as they had not transferred the contract. All this time, we have been charged the monthly fee & not been able to use the facilities
