After a number of attempts to contact relevant people via e-mail, visiting the the club, calling head office etc. I have officially given up.

I requested my membership to be moved from Bedfordview Mega Club to Centurion Gate on the 21/11/2012, I paid the admin fee (for what I don't know). During this process, the following has happened; they lost my transfer form, e-mailed me a staff member transfer form, promised to come back to me several times, failed at that, billed me and queried payment for the months during which I could not train. Regional managers aren't available, club administrators don't seem to care. Judging by Manny Rivera's (CEO - Planet Fitness) statements on Carte Blanche, he doesn't care either. He says: 'The membership agreement and the contract is clear. And on top of that we introduced, over the years... we've been around for 14 years... we also introduced an annexure on the areas where we've had issues before - okay? - to be clear about it, and that the consumer understands transparently what they're getting into.' if I had known I'd be getting such poor service I would've rolled that contract up and slapped your consultant with it.
