I was denied access to the club a year ago because the Fourways Mega Club failed to provide my Medical Aid with the neccessary membership details. I had to cough up the joining fee and has since August 2012 to date been paying a gym membership fee even though I had never had the luxury of enjoying the service.
I find their practices absoutely unacceptable. To make matters worse - the administrative staff at the Gym refuses to dicsuss the matter and give you an email for their Head Office who in turn never respond to your enquiries. Fellow fitness fanatics think twice before signing up at Planet Fitness Mega Club, Fourways. Their pathetic service will add to stress, high blood levels and an empty bank account.
