I do not have a Planet Fitness membership and I have not had one for the past 4 to 5 years. I was debited at the end of October and once again at the end of November for membership fees.
The staff at the club are rude and not helpful at all. The manager Shaun Gunter makes false promises and the Admin manager Renee just ignores all queries re this matter.
I have supplied proof and followed up several time but I am just ignored. Is it not to run a debit order against an account of someone that did not approve the debit order?
