I Joined the Moreleta Planet Fitness and exercised my right to cancel the membership within 5 days of joining. The contract stated that cancellation within 5 days has no financial obligation and any monies that were spent on my part will be repaid. Its been over 2 months now and i still havent gotten my money back. Ive called the branch numerous times over the past months and i keep getting the same response which is that my account is with finance and i should be getting my refund in a matter of days. Still havent gotten it and its now end September. I cancelled back in July.
