I would like to bring this to your attention that I am not happy the way my request is being handled, when I initially joined the gym I could use my access card to access the gym in Umhlanga and Umlazi Megacity. in Feb 2012 I got hijacked and my card was in the car so it got lost, I then applied for the new one where I was charged R80.00 and I paid cash for the new card, I then stopped gym since I had no transport to go to the gym,
I then got a job near megacity and it's convenient for me to gym there and now what I am asking for is to be transferred to the nearest branch, and now I was advised that I need to pay R250 transfer fees of which I was not advised when I signed the agreement. I am not prepared to pay that amount and I want further steps taken against the company, It's not my fault that the company has changed the systems, I want the card that I have to be activated for me to get access to Umlazi Escape Gym with immediate effect,
