Went to Flora centre to transfer money from perpaid card to cheque account as the function is not available online. Said they could not access that card!! Only card division has access. Called card division to process transfer, they said they cannot access, i must use atm or branch must swpie and process "payment" to my cheque account!! How backward are the Nedbank products?? A card/account/facility that cannot be used online, accessed inside at a branch or telephonically!!! They must rather shut ths product down as I'm unable to get money out of there unless I use an expensive ATM and then have to incur deposit fees to deposit into cheque account. What target market is this useless product aimed at, as its just a way for Nedbank to make money from transaction fees.
