Group class and swimming pool too full

Occupancy levels of your group exercise classes are very poorly controlled.
The class occupancy is far more than the maximum that the venue allows.
People are allowed to walk in late and have poor overall etiquette.
The music system is not in a great condition. Some of the speakers do not work properly.

Non-members (whom come under the pretence of swimming lessons in), whom crowd and mess the toilet and changed room facilities. They also use about half the pool which I pay for. They is not any level control on if they do use other gym facilities.

I feel that I pay for a certain level of service that was promised to me when I signed a two year contract, that is not currently being delivered.

I have raised concerns with the club manager Julian and group exercise manager Andrea. Julian didnt bother to respond. Andrea's response was just shocking. I would like to elevate this matter.
