I called on few building suppliers, checking for specials. I called Cashbuild at Megacity, Umlazi. I was impressed with phone call service, I drove straight to Cashbuild, it is 35 - 40 km. Again I was assisted by same Agrippa Skhosana, Sales coordinator, little did he know that I was the same customer from yesterday. He was good with quotation and more. I should say, I am a very difficult customer and savvy with building materials, though I am a female. I applaud this young man he gave an absolutely excellent service smiling at all times, his manners.
Whilst I was waiting, he was busy with the customers calls as well, everytime he will excuse himself and come back. And how he handled other customers besides myself, it was amazing. The guy is good and I could not fault him, I left feeling like I was the only Cashbuild customer.
He called to say my order was on the way, within 3 days and called to check if it was delivered. The only thing I could say to him " Boetie you are good. Thank you Cashbuild for hiring workers as Agrippa Skhosana, my R13 500 spent at Cashbuild was worth it. South Africa needs such people.
