Love the product and with that the Biovea support team is always there to help with anything. I have had no problem with receiving packages since I asked them to put a track and trace number on my parcels. i have found that within 2 days after shipping it is in SA at customs and that I can then trace it with the Postal service here. It takes a further 8 to 10 days from Johannesburg to Pretoria! THAT is ridiculous. So no fault with Biovea.
