Now that my 3 years contract with body lab is about to end, I get an sms from Bennets & Associates claiming that I owe them R600 because I have outstanding months; I was shocked as I have never skipped a month of payment and now the fees keep increasing by the day. I went to see the manager and he told me that the situation is out of his hands and there is nothing they can do but to only give me the statement and still the statement does show that I haven't skipped but these attorney even charge me for calling me, receiving their sms, etc. can someone help who has gone through a similar situation or knows how this can be solved.
