I joined body lab in 2005 end of January but am not sure about the exact dates. But mid Feb i discovered that i was pregnant. then i phoned them to tell them that i wont be using the gym because of my situation. then i phoned and spoke to one ;lady who said to me i must bring someone who will takeover my contract but i told her there's no one that i know who can but she never said anything about freezing the account and for that year it was the last time i heard anything from them. until when i came back from my maternity leave thats when the indian guy phones me and asks me to come to him at body lab so he could understand what was going on cause i worked not far from the gym. when i got there i explained everything then i told them that i wasnt going to come to the gym cause they dont have facilities for pregnant people and that the lady who i spoke to never said anything about freezing the contract because it was not even 3 months when i signed in with them. now after 8 years they send me a lawyer with the letter of demand that i owe them and apparently the legal proceedings have begun. nothing was sent to me all these years and now this. please help..
