Im shocked, dissapointed... and speechless

For the first time I received my statement from Norman Bissett and associates regarding my Wesbank account. I get the fact that the account was handed over as a result of me not being able to make payments to Wesbank due to my own personal problems. I went through this statement and I almost had a heart attack, -R1200.00 a month is added because of the emails they send; phone call they made to me; sms sent; collection commission; interest etc. It's like all the payments iv made have never made any difference at all because the balance is now way more than what is was when they received my account. Basically this means I will be paying this company for the rest of my life. I don't even have words for this at all. Do me a huge favour, don't call me, don't sms me, don't email me. The payment will be made every month so do not send me emails to remind me; don't send me any offers of settlement via email or sms or phone call cause u r clearly charging me for that. The only email I want every month-end would be my statement, so that I can monitor what you guys are doing. In my own words? "THIS IS A DAYLIGHT ". This is pathetic
