Body Shop Refusing To Give Me My Bought Goods

I bought products from the Body Shop on the 6th of January 2012 (Sunday) to the value of R531.50. The computer system died and I had to wait 30min for it to "go through". I was then told that the payment didn't go through, even though I repeatedly showed the sms I received that it did. I was then told to get a bank statement proving it, but that wasn't good enough since on a Sunday I could only get a mini statement from FNB ATM's. I was then told to go to the other side of the mall since the shop assistent assured me you could get an A4 statement from that bank. That was not true. Then I was told that this happens often and it always reverses the money immediately. They refused to give me the products and told me to walk around until their system was up again since that would apparantly show that it had gone through or not, which it didn't. Finally I gave up and said I would call during the week, since it's impossible for me to drive all the way back to the store, since I work incredibly long hours and don't have time for this type of admin. I spent hours trying to fix the Body Shop's mistakes. I was treated like I was trying to from them. DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE.
