Attitude towards clients

I have a vehicle that is financed through absa, and last year November i was retrenched, the debit order was skipped by one month due to a error on FNB's side, i contacted them to explain the issue and the reason the payment was skipped which was not my fault at all and then i spoke to a Manager in the collections dept and he said that when i have the funds to pay for the R2300 that was skipped then i should call him.
I have sent them my retrenchment forms etc... and have the proof of delivery, then i get a call from absa stating that the account is in arears with one skipped payment of R2300, i said yes I do know about that and i spoke to your manager and he said that when i have the funds to pay, i must let them know.
She then says to me that the car will be reposesed if payment is not made, but the debit order goes off as normal and is only in arrears by one month due to me being retrenched.
She then does not give me a chance to talk, and then says that they are going to reposes the car and then puts the phone down, I'm being threatened by absa for 1 months skipped payment which was not done on purpose and after i called them to make arranments they disconnect the call.
