OF CLOTHING FROM LOCKED FEMALE LOCKER

I made a formal complaint about a month ago with the manager on duty, Vuyo, about the of items from my locker. She promised to "investigate" and get back to me and about more than 4 weeks later she has not done so. On the night in question, which was a Monday, I had left my bag and clothes in a locker which i locked with a padlock at about 7pm before starting my gym session. To my surprise when I got back at around 9pm I found that a grey hooded-tracksuit top and a white tank top were missing from the locker. THIS IS VERY CONCERNING AND EVEN MORE CONCERNING IS THE FACT THAT MANAGEMENT IS NOT TAKING IT SERIOUSLY. This is a very bad reflection on how the virgin active as a whole views its clientele! i expect to get some type of feedback1
