No hygiene nor customer service

After months of complaining to the previous managers and nothing done about this, I last night tried talking to the new manager, Portia. She assured me that something will be done. I proceded with my super circuit training and the person in front of me wasn't using a towel. Numerous people was jumping the queue while JUSTICE was standing inside the super circuit area. I approached JUSTICE and asked him the reason why he was standing there. He said did I have a problem with it? I told him, not if he was doing his job, and told him that I will be complaining about him. All he said was, GO AHEAD.Unfortunately this is the only gym I can go to, and I HATE it! It is such a horrible experience and all that is achieved is leaving there in a bad mood. It should be a relaxing experience, and all Virgin Active helps with, is raising my blood pressure. Just shows how they care about customer service. Portia said she can't sit and watch her staff all the time. Not my problem! DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT! Or else I will be complaining on here every 5 days! What happended about enforcing the rules of the club and ensuring that your clients stay happy? This is the worst gym ever! A horrible place to go!
