Zonefitness is d worst gym dat some1 can ever join!! no security on ppls property dey only care abt ppls money wat a shame jst lost my galaxy S3 & camera with my bold 9900 with my money that was all locked away in the locker room 1hile I ws exercising @ the Zonefitness by St Georges Mall, Cape Town around 7pm & all dey could say to me was dat dey r sorry???
Dey said that their manager is not around and that they are sorry!!! I've been with with them for less than a year but I regret joining now bcz my locker was locked yet it was broken into and my personal items, the lock was nowhereo be found... the staff said there are no cameras! the manager is not around & that was all... came to the gym with my personal items, locked it in the locker as always but left with only an empty wallet, empty bag as som1 broke into my locker inside the gym and no1 heard or saw anything!!!
This is the worst service and I demand a resolution on this matter soon!!
You can't expect us to pay our monthly membership fees, but give us this "don't care attitude"when something goes wrong... why is there no safety for customer's belongings?? plus I'm not the only 1 who ws robbed today!!
