IPhone 5 got out of a LOCKED locke

On Friday 05.04.2013 at 18:54pm I came to Virgin Active Lorraine for a workout. I went to the men's locker room and got unchanged and ready for my workout. I checked that my iPhone was on silent and in my side pocket of my back pack, I removed my iPod & water bottle and carried it with me. I locked my locker and kept my key with me tied to the lace of my shorts. I completed my workout at 19:55 and went downstairs to get my bag and leave, I unlocked my locker, I reached in my side pocket of my bag for my Apple iPhone 5 and noticed it was not there, I unpacked my entire back pack and noticed it was missing. I immediately went to reception and reported it to the receptionist (Shirley). And the manager on duty (MIchelle) took my details down without asking what happened. With all of this in place she not once asked the staff to stay behind for them to be searched before leaving the premises, she in fact requested one of the personal trainers to assist a cleaner in opening his locker for which he lost his key to, they went to the men's locker room and used a bolt cutter to open his lock. The manager on duty did not question why this had to be done. Letting him leave without a search.
