Seriously lacking

3 years ago I was a regular member of virgin active in long street, Cape Town. Back then the gym was superb. Well run, neat, clean, well maintained equipment, etc.

This year when returning to the gym, it seems like things have gone a bit downhill.
The showers are never hot, always lukewarm. The drinking water has black particles in it(!), weights are lying all over as some fitness staff love to chat and some machines are hard to use as they haven't been lubricated.

Overall, this is a good gym as it's never very full which I love. But since I've been back after 3 years it seems as if the facilities have been compromised.

Here's hoping something can be done about this.
