Cellphone at close time

I returned to my locker after a shower. I took my bag out as you do and started to pack away the dirty clothes and other items I had stored in the locker. The cleaning attendant had called that it was time to close and so naturally I began to hurry to leave. My Samsung Galaxy S3 which was previously in my bag as I had placed it in the locker had now vanished. With barely any members in the gym and only the staff cleaning on duty what do you think happened to my phone. Vanished in a couple seconds. We will not be responsible for missing items etc. it says on the locker's inside back panel. However, this was taken directly from the change rooms with no one else there. I think there should be a comeback for this. That is a personal item with private contact details and other facilities. Nevermind that it is inherently known that phones and other items keep going missing. I would like feedback on this and it is heavily burdened on me as I have to relay the story. It has been reported at front desk, the number will eventually be terminated if the GPS tracking cannot find it, finally a police report will be filed. Please be in touch. Very upset with this poor security assurance
