I had a one year contract signed with planet fitness. My contract expired and I gave in writing a cancellation letter. The debit order still goes through. It's been two weeks I'm trying to get hold of the club manager to sort this out to no avail. Planet fitness tells me it's in three contract for three years but I have a copy of the contract that clearly indicates one year.
