I am incredibly disappointed with the response from Dotsure regarding my accident claim. I have paid you guys every month without hassle, and you guys tell me that you aren't able to cover me because it isn't a right off. What is the point of the insurance if you aren't able to cover an accident, how can you guys tell me to pay for the accident damage when the reason I have this insurance is for accident cover etc. How can you tell me that you didn't have the time to explain the terms and conditions of the cover we chose when we were new customers. You guys have no customer sympathy and you have no regard for your customers but your'll are fast to contact us with regard to payments. This means that the 1 year I have been paying you guys with my hard earned money you guys would take my money for nothing.
