Poor Qaulity

I purchased a Jacket in canal walk and the name came off and the feathers came out of the jacket. I returned the Jacket to cavendish and got a brand-new jacket, to my surprise the jackets quality and stitching look like it's a reject jacket and on top of that I can't move around because the feathers are forever flying around, and my colleagues would say stand still your KWAY Jackets feathers is all over the place so embarrassing.
