So, I ordered supplements and toothpaste from BIOVEA on the 22/07/2013.
Today, Almost a month later I get contacted by SAPO stating that my package has been detained and I needs clearance from customs.
I called Cape Mail, and I am not kidding, I was on the phone from 08am to 11:20 trying to get this done.
I thought BIOVEA had a warehouse in South Africa, I thought they were in SA - my mistake.
The goods will now be destroyed as I cannot return them - apparently customs do not return these - so I am out -R400 - with nothing to show for it.
On the site, where you choose your country there is not indication of the you have to go through to get your package.
I would not recommend the use of this company as the process is not streamlined for South Africans.
