I ORDERED 3 PRODUCTS (AFRICAN MANGO CLEAN AND LEAN AND RASBERRY KETONE), HOWEVER AFTER 20 DAYS I RECEIVED A SLIP IN THE MAIL TO ADVISE I SHOULD CONTACT CUSTOMS THEY COULD NOT RELEASE PACKAGE. I DID SO AND WAS TOLD THAT I REQUIRED A PERMIT TO ALLOW THIS GOODS INTO SOUTH AFRICA AND TO CONTACT HEALTH DEPARTMENT, I DID SO AND WAS ADVISED BY THEM THAT A DETAILED APPLICATION SHOULD BE SUBMITTED IN ORDER TO GET THE GOODS, LORD KNOWS HOW MUCH THAT WOULD COST.
I CONTACTED BIOVEA TO REQUEST THE PERMIT FOR SHIPPING THE GOODS INTO SOUTH AFRICA THEY ADVISED THEY NEVER EXPERIENCED THIS SORT OF PROBLEM
BEFORE, THEY WOULD SEND A NEW PACKAGE AS NO OTHER CLIENTS HAVE EVER BEEN STOPPED.
ONCE AGAIN THEY DISTRIBUTED ANOTHER PACKAGE AND THE SAME THING HAPPENED. (MCC HEALTH DEPARTMENT REQUIRE CONSENT)
MY CONCERN IS BIOVEA GIVES THE FALSE IMPRESSION THAT THEY ARE DISTRIBUTING FROM SOUTH AFRICA HOWEVER THEY DO NOT HAVE A DISTIBUTION CENTRE HERE.
HOW CAN YOU SELL SPECIFIC PRODUCTS WHEN OUR CUSTOMS REGULATIONS WILL NOT ALLOW THESE PRODUCTS INTO OUR COUNTRY. HOW CAN YOU NOT HAVE A PERMIT TO DISTRIBUTE IT HEAR.
