Me and my partner have OYLR, Gavin from VIrgin active Little falls was assisting us, well my partner. GAvin has sent me 2 contract to sign for Virgin active of which i did and sent back to him. to my suprise 2 months virgin active is not activated. i have a very lengthy converse with VASA, well Gavin to be specific with emails on the 02/10/2013. of which he claimed Liberty is not active for my partner . what suprised me most is on the Liberty system Virgin active was activate on the 29/08/2010. The first contract I signed was on the 02/08/2013 of which liberty then had a problem with the system, i understand. the second one was on the 11/09/2013. still there is no contract as per the last converse i had with Gavin. now the collections agent sent an email on the 19/09/2013, i replied 23/09/2013 and asked to debit my account. they decide they will reply 3 days later and tell they will debit on the 26/09/2013 of which i had no problem with. to my suprise till today they haven't debited. I called the head office yesterday and i spoke to Roxy, i think she said or Lexy. she helped me within minutes.
