I sent an email to Virgin Active Glenvista on the 12 of February to canel my families Virgin Active membership as at the end of March and giving them way in advance notice. They sent me an email to inform me that Ryan Peak would contact me regarding this within 2 days and up until today he hasn't. They even had the audacity to send me an email to rate there response and I put a zero for both questions and STILL no one contacted me.
PATHETIC SERVICE from Virgin Active!!! I don't even know if my contract has been cancelled cause no one got back to me!!!
