Virgin Active Fees

I was one of the people who joined Vitality and Paid R850 for my Lifetime membership to Virgin Active and I pay NO monthly fee for gym after this only the R136 for Vitality in 2009. With our new plans moving to Momentum, a bankmed representative (Floyd Kgetsi visited us on the 15 November 2012, where we had a discussion with regards to Virgin Active membership) assured me that my current v/a membership remains the same I just need to join Momentum and will still not pay for my v/a only the monthly Momentum membership. Momentums now deducted on the 15th of January 2013 an amount of R220 for Virgin Active and send me an email that they will be taking R430 the 2nd of February 2013. This should not happen as Floyd assured me in an e-mail dated 30 November 2012 @ 11:53 that I won't be paying this. I'm trying to get hold of him telephonically and via e-mail but he is ignoring me now. His details are as follow:
